A block of rooms are reserved at the Broadmoor Hotel for the Rocky Mountain Tax Seminar for Private Foundations.  The Broadmoor Hotel is within walking distance to the Penrose House Conference Center where the seminar will be held.  Complimentary shuttle service will also be provided from the hotel to the Penrose House.  The room rate is $265 per night (plus applicable fees and taxes), single or double occupancy.

                           Hotel reservations must be made by August 11, 2013
