Penrose House Conference Center 1661 Mesa Avenue Colorado Springs, CO 80906
719.577.7000

Penrose House, the former home of El Pomar founders Spencer and Julie Penrose, now serves as an education and conference center available exclusively for the nonprofit community to gather, discuss issues, and discover innovative solutions to challenges facing their organizations and constituents.
Built in 1910, Penrose House was purchased six years later by the Penroses. The Mediterranean style home was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. While still embracing the history, charm and craftsmanship of its era, Penrose House today also includes all the amenities of a modern conference facility. This environment provides an intimate, comfortable, productive setting in which organizations and the individuals who lead them may reflect on the past and prepare for the future.
