The Rocky Mountain Tax Seminar for Private Foundations was filled with valuable information pertinent to private foundations and very helpful to me as an executive director of a private foundation. The presentations were topical and useful and included areas of recent developments in legislation and program related investments affecting foundations. The faculty was knowledgeable and even entertaining. I have found no other conference that does a better job. Keeping our working knowledge of the applicable tax rules and regulations current is essential, and this seminar is a great resource for that. The seminar’s panel of experts is unparalleled in both practicing, teaching and writing in the specialized segment of law governing private foundations. Also, (i) the format of the seminar allows participants to ask the panel specific questions, and (ii) the nation-wide attendance gives participants an excellent opportunity to meet and learn from other foundation leaders.
