2012 Welcome Reception

This year's Welcome Reception will take place on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 5:00 - 7:00 at Shrine of the Sun (weather permitting).  Our alternate location will be the Carriage Museum located across from The Broadmoor Hotel.  An announcement will be made on the first day of the seminar to confirm which location this event will be held.

Please note, if the reception is held at the Shrine of the Sun, please bring a light jacket and women should wear flat shoes due to the uneven terrain.
